Support Team Lead
Jenna is the Support Team Lead at BPJ Case Management; she joined the team in June 2022, and has over 10 years’ experience working with Case Managers, their clients and support staff.
Jenna’s role is wide ranging, and includes overseeing staff recruitment in line with Safe Recruitment practice, ensuring the workforce has access to appropriate training and maintaining their training records, and all other matters relating to HR. Jenna is also responsible for ensuring all risk assessments, protocols and care plans are reviewed as appropriate by the relevant Case Manager.
Jenna is skilled in developing trusting and supportive relationships with support staff, to help get the best out of them for our clients, and to ensure that our clients are receiving the highest quality care and support.
