Lauren McAvoy
Senior Case Manager
Lauren is a Senior Case Manager, with over 15 years’ experience working in health care. She became a Case Manager in 2017 and is experienced and highly skilled in supporting individuals with brain, spinal cord or orthopaedic injuries. Lauren is known for her efficiency, her conscientious approach to work and establishing effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
Lauren is a HCPC Registered Occupational Therapist, a Member of the Royal College of Occupational Therapists (RCOT) and is an Advanced Registered Practitioner Member of the British Association of Brain Injury Case Managers (BABICM). Lauren qualified as a Best Interests Assessor in 2023.
Lauren’s background experience includes working in the NHS across acute and community neurological rehabilitation and in hand therapy. As a Case Manager Lauren works with both adults and children, supporting clients and families throughout the litigation process, building and managing multi-disciplinary rehabilitation teams to provide excellent therapeutic support for clients.
Lauren has established a strong reputation for providing excellent case management services, demonstrating dedication and care to her clients and maintaining positive, professional relationships with therapists and solicitors alike.
