OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Stokesley
Salary: £23,985 per annum (FTE)
Hours: Full time

We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to join our dedicated team in Stokesley. This is a full time role, (37.5 hours per week), Monday to Friday, however 4 days per week (30 hours) would be considered. The role is office based, working from our office in Stokesley.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support to the case management and support teams

  • Handling phone calls, emails, and general correspondence

  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems

  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries

  • Assisting Case Managers with tasks to help meet client needs

  • Completing critical data entry tasks, document filing and preparation and other administrative tasks as required by the organisation.

 

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Previous administrative experience is desirable
